Health and Wellness


We offer a comprehensive Health & Wellness Program, promoting a variety of on-site wellness services and activities including health screenings, one-on-one nutrition counseling, health education, food labs, fitness activities and more!


All employees are eligible to participate in this program with the opportunity to earn up to a $250 year-end bonus (not tied to health insurance benefits).

Benefits


Health Insurance

Offered to all employees working a minimum of 30 hours/week after the first month of full-time employment. We have two different traditional health care plans and an H.S.A eligible plan offered to employees and their eligible dependents.

Dental Insurance

Employees working a minimum of 30 hours/week after the first month of full-time employment have the option to enroll in Dental Insurance.

Vision Insurance

Employee, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Children, and family plans available.

Short and Long Term Disability

We offer both short- and long-term disability benefits after working full time with us for one month.

Profit Sharing

Possibility for annual profit-sharing contribution on your behalf.

401(k) & 401(k) Roth

All full-time employees, 19 years of age and older, will be automatically enrolled in the 401(k) plan at 3% on the 1st of the month in which 6 months of full-time employment in met. 401(k) match - 50% of employee contributions up to a maximum of 6%. Employees also have the option to enroll in a 401(k) Roth option. 

Dependent Care – Flex Spending Account

We offer the full-time employees the opportunity to enroll in Dependent Care FSA by designating an amount of pre-tax dollars to be set aside for dependent care expenses.

Flexible Spending Account

All full-time employees, upon one month of employment, may enroll in a Flexible Spending Account by designating an amount of pre-tax dollars to be set aside for medical, dental, or vision expenses.

Paid Holidays

We offer eleven paid holidays to full-time employees after introductory period.

Paid Time Off 

PTO is calculated on an accrual basis and is offered to all employees upon hire.

Volunteer Hours

We encourage employees to involve themselves in the community and offer paid time off for both full and part time employment.
