Health & WEllness

We offer a comprehensive Health & Wellness Program, promoting a variety of on-site wellness services and activities including health screenings, one-on-one nutrition counseling, health education, food labs, fitness activities and more!

All employees are eligible to participate in this program with the opportunity to earn up to a $500 year-end bonus (not tied to health insurance benefits).


Health Insurance

Offered to all employees working a minimum of 30 hours/week after the second month of full-time employment. We have two different traditional health care plans and an H.S.A eligible plan offered to employees and their eligible dependents. 

Dental Insurance

Employees enrolled in our offered Health Care programs are eligible for Dental Insurance with us covering 100% of premiums. 

Vision Insurance

Employee, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Children, and family plans available. 

Short and Long Term Disability

We offer both short and long term disability benefits after working full time with us for two months.

401(k) & 401(k) Roth

All full-time employees over 19 years of age will automatically be enrolled in a 401k with the option of also enrolling in a 401(k) Roth after six months of employment. 

Profit Sharing

Possibility for annual profit sharing contribution on your behalf. 

Dependent Care – Flex Spending Account

We offer the full-time employees the opportunity to enroll in Dependent Care FSA by designating an amount of pre-tax dollars to be set aside for dependent care expenses. 

Flexible Spending Account

All full-time employees, upon two months of employment, may enroll in a Flexible Spending Account by designating an amount of pre-tax dollars to be set aside for medical, dental, or vision expenses. 

Paid Holidays

We offer eight paid holidays to full-time employees after introductory period.

Paid Time Off

PTO is calculated on an accrual basis and is offered to full-time employees after introductory period.
