Harnessing/General Assemblers (1st and 2nd Shift)

Duties include, but are not limited to, harnessing, soldering, crimping, ultrasonic welding, braiding, panel assembly, general cable assembly, and electromechanical assembly.

Preferred: One-two years of cable assembly and harnessing experience.

Machine Operator (1st and 2nd Shift)

Duties include, but are not limited to, performing a variety of operational functions including cutting, braiding, welding, stripping, sealing and crimping wire and cable. General equipment and tooling maintenance and cleaning.

Preferred: One-two years machine operation experience.

Receptionist/Data Entry/Admin

Duties include, but are not limited to, answering phone calls, greeting vistors, data entry for customer service and accounting, direct support for office personnal, preparing for customer visits, interacting with customers and salespeople, purchasing required inventory and office supplies, and other tasks as designated by management.

This candidate should be a positive, hard-working, organized, articulate individual who enjoys data entry. He or she should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel and posess strong communication skills.

Manufacturing Engineer Intern

Duties include, but are not limited to, creating and maintaining engineering doucments including: bill of materials, work instructions, production fixtures, shipping instructions, receiving logs and other production process control information. Assist with creating and building prototypes, machine programming, machine setup and quoting.

Applicant must be working toward a degree in Manufacturing Engineering and posses knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S. Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred: Experience with CAD and Microsoft Office.

Process Engineer

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Set up, implement and maintain process flows.
  • Develop work instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and ensure they are followed.
  • Continually improve assembly processes for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost.
  • Research problems affecting production and recommend solutions
  • Work with engineering to ensure products have adequate documentation and procedures.
  • Provide manufacturing data i.e. production control charts, process capabilities, bottlenecks, to identify opportunities to improve the process and monitor and measure progress.
  • Identify ways to reduce production costs i.e. new equipment, tooling, fixturing, training.
  • Work with design engineering to reduce costs i.e. alternate parts, alternate processes, testing.
  • Train and supervise production personnel on new processes and technology.

 

Preferred: Minimum of 10 years of experience with processing complex wire harnesses, setting up processes and equipment to process complex wire harnesses.

1st Shift Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

2nd Shift Hours: 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday - Thursday)
